Steve Harris Homes Joins Avery Park Builder Group
|
During the first part of the year, when home buying season is
traditionally slow, Avery Park in Newnan, has had one of its most active
months in the community's history. In addition, Pathway Communities, the
developer of Avery Park unveils its newest builder partner at Avery Park.
Steve Harris Homes will be building traditional and
turn-of-the-century homes priced from $225,000 to over $250,000.
Dan Camp, Pathway Communities vice president and general manager
believes the addition of Steve Harris Homes is a perfect fit for Avery
Park. "Steve's product style should tie in well with both our
turn-of-the-century and traditional product lines," says Camp. "In
addition, Steve's customer care and quality initiatives are among the best
in the business."
Harris' decision to join the Avery Park builder group was based upon
the past success of Avery Park and Pathway Communities in the Atlanta
market.
